Trak Employment Solutions, acting as an employment business, are working in partnership with one of the world’s leading Garden furniture/decor Manufacturers. Due to organic growth, they are now looking to add an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to work within their small team.

Job title: Administrator

Pay: £24,000 – £28,000

Hours: 0800 – 1700

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Swindon (SN3)

Start date: 2024

The ideal candidate will be a good team player and committed to maintaining high standards in all aspects of their job role.

Being IT literate and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. An ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues is a must.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Inputting of orders
  • Producing and sending out customer invoices
  • Maintaining detailed excel spreadsheets accurately
  • Making and receiving telephone calls to customers and sales team
  • Liaising with sales team and customers via email
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Attending Trade shows
  • General office duties.
  • Assist with showroom preparation

Full training will be provided

A clean full driving license would be advantageous for this role.
