TRAK Employment Solutions, acting as an employment business , are working together with a market leading manufacturing business based in Hungerford.

Our client has continually grown over 40 years to earn its position at the forefront of manufacturing high quality and innovative Self-Adhesive Products, Shrink Sleeves and Wraparound Reel Fed Labels.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to add an experienced Rewind Operator to their dedicated team.

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Hours: 40-hour week on a double day shift Monday to Friday.

Location: Hungerford (RG17)

JOB ROLE:

Working in collaboration with the whole Production team, this role requires the ability to deliver a high standard of work on a consistent basis ensuring all goods inspected and rewound to the exact order requirements. Diligence is paramount for this role to ensure our client achieves the exacting requirements of their growing customer base.

Employees daily responsibilities, include but not limited to:

• Product inspection checks.
• Stock management.
• Packing products for delivery.
• Basic administrative work including data entry.

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong diligence.
• Able to understand and follow clear work instructions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
• Flexible approach and able to use own initiative when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict delivery deadlines.
• Experience within a quality / inspection environment is desired.
• Preferred 1 years’ experience within a print environment.
