Job Title: Quality Control Operative

Salary: £12.00 per hour.

Contract type: Temporary – minimum 3 month contract

Shifts: 0600 – 1400 Monday – Friday & 1400 – 2200 Monday – Thursday, Friday’s 1000 – 1800 (Rotating shift patterns)

Location: Swindon

Our client, a global manufacturer, are looking to add a Quality Control Operative on a temporary contract to their growing and expanding production facility based in Swindon, Wilts.

This position is to ensure appropriate testing is carried out to ensure quality goods are received by our clients customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Testing Raw Materials
• Testing wet paint
• Testing dry paint samples
• Liaising with Goods In/Production/Despatch
• Checking calibrations
• Carry out necessary applicable administration
• Updating of white boards and communicating within team.
• Engaging/helping with tote log is current and relevant totes available
• Monitoring of consumables/placing orders
• Supporting Quality Control Manager in gaining quotes
