TRAK Employment Solutions are looking for x 40 people to work at Cheltenham Festival this year from the 12th – 15th March.
Hours are 10am-6pm paying £11.50 an hour which you will be paid the following Friday before 5:30pm.
What will the role involve?
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service standards, engaging with customers demonstrating a sound knowledge of all bets
- Operate all betting equipment effectively and as requested
- Work accurately and balance your cash at the end of the meeting
- Adhere to our Gambling Commission Licensing Policy
- Work in hospitality areas (boxes, restaurants, bars, lawns etc) as and when required
- Ensure you are well informed about live marketing campaigns and pro-actively approach customers and explain the current promotions, offers and general service/bet types
- Working on the tills

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previous work in the betting industry is desirable but not essential.
