Job Title: Vehicle Parts Sales Advisor

Role Summary: To sell vehicle parts to customers via email, telephone and face-to-face.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Serving customers face-to-face in the shop
• Dealing with customer enquiries/queries on the telephone and over email from avenues such as Ebay, Facebook, our clients own website and Find-a-part websites
• Listing vehicle parts on Ebay for resale
• Retrieving parts from the warehouse, which can consist of using ladders and moving heavy items
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Good knowledge of working with cars
• Excellent knowledge of being able to identify the various vehicle parts
• Must be able to work at heights and handle reasonably heavy goods
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Flexibility to help others as required
• Reliability
• Good customer service
• Accuracy
• Methodical – be able to work in an ordered and effective way and follow a process

Salary:

This position pays £11.44 per hour on a temp to perm basis. Commission is accumulated during the temp period and paid out once the permanent position is offered.
