Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Print Professionals to join our dynamic team. We have a range of positions available, from Bench Workers to 5 Colour Press Operatives, including Flexo and Digital Printers. Roles Available:

1. Bench Workers
   Responsibilities:
   • Prepare and handle print materials
   • Operate various bench tools and equipment
   • Inspect and quality-check printed products
   • Assist with setup and maintenance of print jobs
2. Pre-Press Technicians
   Responsibilities:
   • Prepare digital files for printing
   • Ensure colour accuracy and quality
   • Operate and maintain pre-press equipment
   • Troubleshoot pre-press issues
3. Press Operatives (Including 5 Colour Press)
   Responsibilities:
   • Operate and monitor printing presses, including 5 Colour presses
   • Set up and adjust press settings for different print jobs
   • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
   • Ensure print quality and consistency throughout runs
4. Flexo Printers
   Responsibilities:
   • Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses
   • Prepare and handle flexo plates and inks
   • Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
   • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
5. Digital Printers
   Responsibilities:
   • Operate digital printing presses
   • Manage print settings and ensure high-quality output
   • Maintain digital printers and perform routine checks
   • Handle a variety of digital print materials and substrates
6. Production and Finishing Staff
   Responsibilities:
   • Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, and laminating
   • Operate finishing equipment and machinery
   • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
   • Assist with the preparation of materials for shipment

Skills Required:

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with print machinery, including digital, offset, flexographic, and 5 Colour presses.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect and ensure high-quality print output.
• Problem-Solving: Skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with print jobs and equipment.
• Communication: Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of print processes, colour management, and material handling.
• Experience: Previous experience in a print environment is desirable, particularly for Press Operatives, Flexo Printers, and Digital Printers.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle various tasks and adjust to different types of print jobs.
• Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety practices within a print environment.
