Job role: Parts Advisor
Location: Swindon
Pay: £11.44 per hour.
Hours: Mon to Fri 08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:00 rotating shift. (30 minutes lunch) – 40.0 hours per week.
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Our client, The UK’s Largest Garden Machinery and Equipment Wholesale Distributor have the opportunity for you. They are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their supportive and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Regular telephone & email contact with end users and trade customers.
- Locating Parts in the Warehouse ready for shipping.
- Handling customer complaints in a cost effective and quick manner.
- Case management, the ability to use their CRM system.
- Dealing with daily credit requests from trade customers.
- General administrative duties as requested.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Providing information about new and existing products and services.
Requirements
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise your own workload.
- Patient and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent administrative and telephone skills.
- Windows base software is required, particularly excel.
Additional Information:
- Annual paid holiday: 24 days plus bank holidays.
- In season hours: Feb to Oct – Mon to Fri 08:00-17:00
- Out of season hours: Nov to Jan – Mon to Fri 08:30-17:00
