Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a new role supporting the Fabrication and Installation department in co-ordinating the jobs for install and ensuring all paperwork is kept together and the plan works efficiently to ensure the team meet with the demand.
KEY DUTIES:
● Ideally experience in a similar role with a knowledge of the signage industry desirable
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programmes
MAIN DUTIES:
● Management of new project installations to ensure correct products, resources and personnel are all available and allocated in a timely manner to achieve OTD
● Co-ordinate with customers for installation readiness, address queries and keep both customers and installers informed
● Liaise with Customer Services to progress approvals of proofs and artwork through to production
● Ensure any RAMS documentation appropriate to each project is provided to relevant parties
● Create installer documentation & manage Vantage software
