Job Title: Export Agent / Freight Agent

Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 16:30 OR 09:00 – 17:00

Department: Ocean Import

 

Role Summary:

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.

 

Ocean Export / Import Job-Specific Tasks and Duties:

– Log & Prepare File For Import

– Receive Documents

– Process shipments

– Monitor shipments

– Invoicing

 

Physical Demands

– Use of standard office equipment – computer with keyboard and mouse, phone, fax/copy/scan machine, etc.

– Functions performed primarily while seated at desk

 

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

– Global logistics industry knowledge

– Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word) · Fluent in English
