So the first 6 months of 2019 have come and gone and as we are now into the Summer months we
thought it would be a great time to update you on things going on here at Trak Employment
Solutions.

The Team are now stronger than ever with everyone working very closely to ensure we are
delivering the best services possible to our clients and candidates.

2019 has been a mix of steady and then extremely high levels of business, where we are managing a
very large client’s expectations through certain peaks and troughs, this has allowed us to build
relationships with both the client and of course the candidates through a steep intake of labour and
then, of course, the slow down after the sales period. Delivering labour as and when the client
requires enables them to continually grow and creates longer-term and permanent roles thereafter.

We have opened a New Branch in West Bromwich and are also working hard in the Cheltenham
areas as we look to scale up the business and bring further opportunities to the TRAK Brand.
Both Carl and Jeff have been continually Networking Meeting Business owner’s leaders and decision
makers, not only to prospect for a new business but to build a database of companies that are trusted
so that we can also help and offer other services to our clients when required.

Both Allan and Lucy are both working hard in the background resourcing, searching and selecting
new talent to put forward to our clients in all areas of recruitment from Warehouse workers, Fork
Lift Drivers through to Receptionists, Telesales and Insurance advisors and partners. On the back of
that, they are looking at the ordering processes and working on improving all areas of supply.

Jeff has also been working closely with the HR and Operations Directors of our largest client, linking
up with their outfit in the Netherlands as they develop and build processes to help tackle Modern
Slavery through team meetings and training from the Ethical Trading Initiative, this will continually
develop as something very important to us as a recruitment business but also to our clients through
the volume of candidates that we see come through our door, we all want them to be working safely
and fairly whatever they are doing.

Our back-office Team Vicki, Janusz and Ellie have been working around the clock throughout June
especially ensuring the payroll process moves as efficiently as possible whilst backing up the whole
operation when needed.

Business is always a Rollercoaster but when you have a Team that simply loves working together
with a “Make it Happen” attitude then we all pull through, stronger and better than before,
continually improving with a desire to get it right.

Here’s to the 2’nd half of 2019 and we haven’t even mentioned BREXIT. Keep it positive and good luck to you all.
