Be a Self Starter

•Have a “Can DO, Will DO” Attitude to deliver a very high level of Customer Service
•Have previous relevant experience – (REC Qualified – advantageous – Not Essential – Training Provided)
•Be an excellent communicator
•Be highly organised and able to manage your own time effectively
•Be able to converse with colleagues, candidates and clients at all levels
•Be able to think on your feet
•Have a full driving licence and transport – Essential
•Excellent level of literacy and numeracy
•Must be comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office packages

Main responsibilities

•Positively promote TRAK Employment Solutions at ALL times
•Organise and be accountable for your Desk to ensure processes and efficiencies are continually met
•Ensure a consistent and reliable service to clients by ensuring the Desk is operating according to company procedures and standards
•Actively seek new opportunities for the Company
•Ensure your own sales targets are met
•Ensure company gross profit targets are met as set out by your Line Manager
•Carry out regular New Business sales visits
•Carry out regular service visits with your Clients
•Carry our regular resourcing for suitable Candidates•Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times
•Provide clear and concise information when asked by Clients and TRAK Management
•Attend regular networking and business promotion events
•Industry awareness
•Build strong relationships with your clients and managing key customer accounts
•Maintain in house client and candidate databases
•Carry out regular ON Call Duties and On Site Check ins when required
•Check In with Clients and back fill if necessary
•Fill all bookings all of the time with the correct skills
•Daily administration, Referencing, Date Input on to system, Time sheets Management
